Have to agree with Aidan here... What exactly is the point in rushing in and claiming credit for yourself? It's a game, you're not going to get your name mentioned anyway.

Ranger:
+ Warrior = "Guerrilla"
Warrior:
+ Ranger = "Rogue"
I think those two should be switched around.

Warrior:

+ Monk = "Paladin"
+ Necromancer = "Shadow Knight"
+ Ranger = "Rogue"

I don't think "Trapper" is a good generic name for R/N, as it refers to a specific set of skills that may or may not be used. Here's some R/N titles I've been thinking of:
"Tracker" = Expertise, Beastmastery, Blood Magic (my current character)
"Trapper" = Wilderness Survival, Death Magic
"Bonemaster" = Beastmastery, Death Magic
"Hunter" = Marksmanship, Blood Magic
For a generic R/N title, how about "Stalker" or "Nightstalker"
Some names that I'm afraid no one with a command of the English language would want: Hermit, Charlatan, Mortician and Herbalist.
Also, "Shock Trooper" and "Guerilla" are modern terms that are somewhat out of place for the setting. How about:
Warrior/Elementalist = Knight
Warrior/Ranger = Raider
Some other ideas:
Monk/Necromancer = Sacrificer
Necromancer/Monk = Thanatologist
Monk/Mesmer = Prophet
Mesmer/Monk = Channeler
Ranger/Monk = Shaman
Monk/Ranger = Druid
Elementalist/Ranger = Stormcaller
Elementalist/Warrior = Battlemage
Necromancer/Mesmer = Dominator / Dominatrix (latter might not fly with the sexual associations)

I really do like and support this idea, would better then seeing nothing but "E/Mo Lvl12" or whatever over someone's heal... a simple "Warrior Monk Lvl12" would look much better.
